The District Eleven FC shop is operated by District 11 Limited (Company No. 16738079), registered in England & Wales, registered office 1 Rosemont Road, London, NW3 6NG ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@district11.co.uk.

02What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. This is entered directly into Stripe's checkout page, not typed into our own systems.

03How we use it

We use this information to process your order, arrange hand-delivery of your kit, and contact you about your order. Our legal basis is performance of the contract with you; we need this data to fulfil your order. We don't use your data for marketing, and we don't sell it to anyone.

04Payment

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; our systems only receive confirmation that payment was made. Stripe may process data outside the UK; it maintains its own safeguards for this, set out in Stripe's privacy policy.

05Where your data is stored

Order details are stored on our server and are only accessible to club administrators fulfilling your order.

06How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our accounting and legal obligations, typically up to 6 years.

07Cookies and local storage

We don't use tracking or analytics cookies. Your cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it's remembered between visits; it isn't sent to us until you check out.

08Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how it's used. Email contact@district11.co.uk to do so. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
