02Products and prices
All kit is genuine Adidas product. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) at checkout and are the total price payable, inclusive of any applicable taxes. We correct any pricing errors before confirming an order.
03Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds; you'll get an email receipt from Stripe.
04Delivery
We hand-deliver every order in person within the UK, free of charge. We'll contact you after your order to arrange a time and place.
05Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your kit for a full refund, provided items are unused, unworn and in their original condition.
If you've asked us to personalise an item (for example, printing a name or squad number), that item is made to your specification and isn't eligible for cancellation once personalisation has started.
To cancel, email contact@district11.co.uk with your order details.
06Faulty or wrong items
If your kit arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
